Regional Workgroups

^{Based on the Decree of the Minister of National Development Planning / Bappenas Number Kep. 9 / M.PPN / HK / 01/2019, in each province and district / city where P3TB is located, a Tourist Destination Working Group (Pokja) will be formed to support the effectiveness and smoothness of program preparation and implementation.}

^{At the provincial level, the main actor in implementing the Program is the Provincial Tourism Destination Working Group. The tasks of the Provincial Working Group are as follows:

Provincial Tourism Destination Working Group

a. The Chairperson of the Pokja is the Governor, as the person in charge for the program in the Province, in charge of:}

^{Coordinating the implementation of the Program in its working area;}
^{Prepare supporting regulations to accelerate tourism development;}
^{Fostering and controlling the implementation of Programs in their working areas;}
^{Establishing a Provincial Tourism Destination Working Group;}
^{Coordinating program integration and budgeting (Provincial APBD) to support programs whose handling scale is in accordance with provincial authorities;}
^{Provide input to the RIPT Compilation Team and the Central Technical Team to sharpen the quality of RIPT formulation;}
^{Allocating operational funds for activities for the Provincial Tourism Destination Working Group; and}
^{Ensure that provincial spatial and sectoral plans contain tourism development plans that are aligned with RIPT.}

^{b. The Provincial Tourism Destinations Working Group is tasked with:}

^{Socializing tourism development policies, strategies and programs;}
^{Coordinating planning, implementation, program integration, and acceleration of target achievement;}
^{Controlling, monitoring and supervising the implementation of environmental and social management;}
^{Coordinate technically with the Central Coordination Team and the Regency / City Tourism Destination Working Group in the region;}
^{Provide input to the RIPT Compilation Team and the P3TB Coordination Team to sharpen the quality of RIPT formulation; and}
^{Periodically report the progress of the results of the implementation of duties and the achievement of the results to the Governor and the Central Coordination Team.}

^{Regency / City Tourism Destination Working Group:

a. The Chairperson of the Pokja is the Regent / Mayor as the person in charge of Program implementation in the district / city in charge of:}

^{Coordinating the implementation of the Program in its working area;}
^{Prepare supporting regulations related to accelerated tourism development;}
^{Fostering and controlling the implementation of the Program in its working area;}
^{Establishing regency / city tourism destination working groups;}
^{Coordinating program integration and budgeting (district / city APBD) to support Programs whose handling scale is in accordance with district / city authority;}
^{Allocating operational funds for district / city Tourism Destination Working Group activities; and}
^{Ensure district / city spatial and sectoral plans contain tourism development plans that are aligned with RIPT.}

^{b. The Regency / City Tourism Destinations Working Group is tasked with:}

^{Promote tourism development policies, strategies and programs;}
^{Coordinating planning, implementation, program integration, and acceleration of target achievement;}
^{Controlling, monitoring and supervising the implementation of environmental and social management;}
^{Coordinate technically with the Central Coordination Team and the Provincial Tourism Destination Working Group;}
^{Provide input to the RIPT Compilation Team and the P3TB Coordination Team to sharpen the quality of RIPT formulation; and}
^{Periodically report the progress of the implementation of tasks and the achievement of the results to the Mayor / Regent and the Provincial Tourism Destination Working Group.}
